#Sending a notice

6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will respond promptly and will notify the customer whose content is affected.

Tessryx serves content published by our customers at addresses including *.tessryx.app, *.tessryxusermedia.com, and *.tessryxuserdata.com, and custom domains routed to our infrastructure. All of these are covered by this notice.

If the material is on a custom domain, the operator of that site may be able to remove it faster than we can. You are welcome to contact them as well, but you do not have to before sending us a notice.
